• Provide client counselling and advising them about the right opportunities that suits their profile
• Maintaining database allotted and managing client follow ups
• Screening the application and confirming eligibility
• Interacting with the clients and providing them solutions’
• Ensuring client records are properly maintained and followed in the software
• Handling registration process and guiding them through the process
• Maintaining proper reports and reporting to the management
• Ensuring that monthly targets are achieved
• Participating in promotional events as and when recommended
